The Honeybee Cafe began with a simple belief: that a great bakery should be the heartbeat of a town. Located right on Route 1 in Sullivan, we've become a stop for locals grabbing morning coffee and travelers looking for a taste of real Maine hospitality.

Everything we bake starts from scratch. Our sourdough ferments for two full days. Our butter is the good kind — the kind that makes every flake sing. We source our coffee from roasters who share our respect for the craft, and our pantry items come from people we know and trust.
